Our Web Application security Vulnerability Assessment is aimed at discovering weaknesses in your web applications, whether they’re found in web servers, application code, or database servers. The assessment identifies the gaps in technological defenses that could make your networks and systems more vulnerable to motivated attackers, potentially damaging your business reputation and compromising your customers’ confidential information.

We’re aware of the significant limitations of automated testing tools and web application scanners, which is why we conduct all of our testing manually using a well-defined, repeatable, and consistent methodology. Automated tools are only used in areas of the assessment where they are proven to be accurate and effective (less than 5%of a typical engagement). In fact, NopSec has sponsored an OWASP research project benchmarking the performance of such automated tools.
